Dialogue and conflict resolution: MAKING PROGRESS in multicultural team projects

This course will equip students with the skills to contribute to projects in multicultural teams. Participants will learn to communicate effectively and resolve potential conflicts within the group. Interactive sessions and exercises will provide tools that will prove useful when participants are working in their experiential projects.

APPLIED methodology for the resolution of real-life challenges

Solving real-life social issues requires not only creativity and passion, but also finding a solid framework that will help structure the work and will lead to more robust conclusions. Becoming familiar with theoretical and conceptual frameworks, and learning how they can be applied to research in all sciences, will prove helpful both in university and professional settings
